Our Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest. To help us uphold this standard, we require a credit card to secure all reservations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or failure to arrive on the same day will incur a fee of $100 per guest. For parties of four or more, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within this timeframe will also result in a charge of $100 per guest. Please note that all cancellation fees are non-refundable.

We will reach out via text three days prior to your reservation to confirm your booking and to discuss any food allergies, dietary preferences, or special requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrival
If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, we kindly ask that you contact the restaurant in advance. To ensure the full experience, we recommend arriving on time, as we may be unable to serve all courses to late arrivals.

Food Restriction Policy
We kindly inform guests that vegetarian and vegan options are not available currently. However, we will do our best to accommodate certain allergies and dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance at adachisushi@gmail.com.

Seating Policy
Dinner omakase is served exclusively at our 16-seat sushi counter to ensure a personalized experience. For guests who prefer table seating or for parties larger than 16, please contact us directly at adachisushi@gmail.com.

Corkage Policy
A corkage fee of $50 per 750ml bottle will be applied to any wine or sake brought into the restaurant.

Food Safety Notice
The health and safety of our guests are extremely important to us. Please be aware that sushi may contain raw or undercooked ingredients, which may pose a risk to pregnant women, children, the elderly, and individuals with compromised immune systems (due to fatigue, stress, or other factors). Some fish may also contain small bones. We kindly ask all guests to dine with awareness
and care.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who displays disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. We may also decline to serve alcoholic beverages to guests who appear intoxicated upon arrival. Your understanding and cooperation are sincerely appreciated.
