Our Summer Omakase is now available for $200 per guest. Prepared daily with the freshest seasonal ingredients from Toyosu Market, our omakase may change slightly each day to showcase the best offerings of the moment. This approximately two-hour experience features a refreshed progression inspired by the flavors of summer in Japan.
