We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following full-time positions at our Mountain View restaurant.

Full-Time · Kitchen

Sushi Chef

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. You will work alongside our Michelin-awarded executive chef to prepare premium nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls, upholding the highest standards of Japanese culinary craftsmanship.

  • Experience preparing authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi
  • Proficiency in traditional knife skills and fish fabrication
  • Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and seasonal seafood
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Full-Time · Front of House

Server

We are seeking a passionate and professional Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Sushi Adachi. As a front-of-house team member, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and valued throughout their visit.

  • Prior serving experience in a fine dining or upscale casual setting
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and ability to guide guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tables and prioritize guest needs
  • Familiarity with sake, wine, and beverage pairings is a plus
  • Warm, professional demeanor aligned with our hospitality values
